The specific objectives and purposes of this organization shall be:

1. To educate the public concerning barbeque and outdoor cooking techniques and methods.
2. To sponsor barbeque and outdoor cooking seminars and other educational events where members and the public may meet to exchange ideas and to learn advanced preparation techniques and methods.
3. To Publish a newsletter which informs the members and interested parties of barbeque and outdoor cooking events, methods, thechniques and current information.
4. To conduct barbeque competitions and outdoor cookingseminars to demonstrate barbeque and outdoor cooking methods and techniques and to showcase experienced barbeque cooks and equipment.
5. To engage in other activities related to outdoor cooking, barbeque, grilling and smoking.
6. To subscribe to, become and member of and/or cooperate with other associations, whether incorporated or not, whose objectives and purposes are altogether or in part similar or compatible with those of the Coporation.
7. To raise money by dues, fees paid by participants at events, and by donations as allowed and governed by the tax code.
