I am a Manager of Disaster Recovery Services for a Fortune 500 Company. In other words I am a computer geek. Not so much anymore since I have moved into Management, I have lost alot of my Networking skills, but I have improved my hardware skills.
Oh, and I get to work from home 90% of the time!! I am also Co-Owner of The Great Lakes BBQ Supply Company with BBQ Bubba.

design seat belts, air bags and steering wheels for almost every mfg. in the world. supervising is not much fun, but making new stuff, and seeing it in vehicles is.

Can new members play too?
I moved here last October and have only been a member for a short while so I am jumping in to this thread for the first time. I own and operate an awards and engraving company in Highland, been doing that for 39 years now since I was a senior in college. I am taking the judging class this week and hope to begin the process of putting a team together in the next year after judging for a while to see what wins up here. Originally from Georgia and low and slow is a way of life down there as well as the only way to cook!

For the last 33yrs I've worked at the Holly Police Dept, currently a Det/Lt and have worked as a detective for the past 28 years.
This thursday will be my last day. Friday, I become officially retired and heading to Auburn Hills to set up for the contest. Then I will become a bigger pest to Mike, Bruce and Bubba. Scot
