Default Silver lake question?

Jeff is a busy man and it's hard to ask him a question when hes running his restaurant, So I'll ask you guys?

Should I make HOT wings for the wing comp? Or should I them just have a bite?

I really need to find wing comp were anything goes

I guess it depends on your definition of HOT, I have had peoples hot wings and they were not hot at all, and I have also had the reverse.

If it were me, I would go with I know how to do and roll the dice...

I was also planning on making Ghost chili hot sauce, use about 2 chili's and then 8 habs, then about 20+ sweet mini peppers.
