To Parboil or not to Parboil?
Hi all, This is my first year doing a cook-off. The rules that I have in the cook-off came from a few other cook-offs. One of my rules says no parboiling. Some of you have said that I should allow parboiling. 1st- What is parboiling, 2nd- would it be beneficial for me to allow parboiling? Hope to see you at the event in Grand Rapids, MI on Saturday June 13th. www.moderncookoff.com
