Feasting on the 4th
Who's cooking what?
I have 2 filet mignon's and 4 nice porterhouse's going on the Weber tomorrow, some baked beans and whatever else someone else makes. Safe travels to anyone on the road, Happy 4th of July! Scott

Nothing, going to some friends home on Lake St. Clair, doing burgers, dogs and sausage, with requisite side salads, some adult beverages and fireworks over the lake at 10pm.

I'm doing 2 racks of baby backs on the Primo. I've got my aunt in town and my dad is making the famous family recipe of baked beans.

July 4 plans:
Dress the girls all patriotic cute & matchy. Attend a Parade in the AM Hot Dogs & baked beans at the folks for lunch. Bacon (& Blue Cheese for me) Burgers for dinner at home, just the four of us. Laughter as John tries to figure out how to set up AC in the tent for the Sam's Comp this weekend while the girls & I try to stay cool in the kiddi pool...enter likely water fight that I will probably start. Early to bed thanks to work the next morning and early Friday to get to Southgate

Not going to be anything to special on the grill tonight...friend is cooking burgers and dogs. Cool thing is the friend lives in NYC, so we are going to catch the NYC fireworks!
