Default Hi all!
Hello from Georgia! Okay, so I'm not in the Great Lakes area, but when I started visiting this site I realized how much good info was here as well as some new names I'm not familiar with. Quite a few of you know me from other sites and for those of you who don't here's a little info.

I've been smoking meat for a few years, finally getting the hang of it, definitely got a long ways to go though. It's a passion. I can honestly say it is the one thing in my life that I don't get bored with. I've recently taken up sausage making, made hot dogs from scratch for my first go at it. I also like making cheese, that's kinda new to me as well.

My equipment includes Meadow Creek TS120, Primo XL, MES 40", Traeger, 2 - 22.5" Webers in rebuild mode, a half finished UDS, Charbroiler and a Smokey Joe.

I'm looking forward to making some new friends and learning from you folks as well.
