A couple of quick questions.

1. Will there be electricity for us to use? (for power draft)
2. Sounds like this will be at a bar? Can we bring are own beer?
3. Will we be getting turn in boxes? (if yes, what about garnish?)
4. Can we bring extra racks of ribs for our own din din?
5. Will they be taking out taxes on my first place check

Limited elec......turn in boxes yes...garnish up to you......ur own beer....red cup....extra ribs....sure just take them home....the bar will have ribs for sale

Sorry.....I was wrong on the cooking of your own ribs. No other ribs will be allowed except for the one provided. If you want something for dinner make it something other than ribs. Sorry for the misunderstanding

83 deg and sunny, 8 mph winds. Sounds like we are going to great weather.
How many teams are entered as now?
Are we getting spares or St. louis cuts?

I believe the final count is 13 teams! Not bad for a first go at it! Thanks to all the teams that entered. We are going to try and make it as pleasant of an experience as possible! This is our first time hosting a competition so we ask all of you to be patient with us. The ribs you will be given are St. Louis cut and are very nice ribs! I will be there around 9am and will be handing out the ribs at 10am. The weather report looks awesome and I can't wait to see everyone! Let's burn some meat!
