I haven't tried the brine yet, Rich. It's been nuts around here lately. I'll try to work it into the menu this week.

I'm another who hasn't gotten to the project yet. I'll be sure to post pics of the brine vs. no brine bird test.

Ya know...over the couple years I been sending samples out...I have noticed a trend.

I need to charge for them.

People get something free... not free to me BTW... I have product and postage into the sample...

and they don't use it. I guess maybe because they din't pay for it... it's worthless? I dunno... but it's very frustrating to send out all this stuff and not have it used.

Well, maybe you could charge them enough to cover your postage costs on the sample, and then kick it back to them by knocking it off their first order? Just a thought from somebody who has recently been told I don't know what Im talking about.....

Who said that??? Hell, the customer is always right

Really..you can't charge anything for samples. You'd never get anything out there.

I just wish that folks that request them would use them and give feedback... good or bad, as that helps me out in making the best product I can make available.

I have 3 retail outlets handling the product now, and 2 more evaluating...yes free samples... but the first three made orders within a couple weeks.

I know it's a tough market... but the brines especially are unique. They just ain't out there... and you folks with samples are missing out not trying it.

BTW - yes..I'm still offering free samples...
