Nice job Derek, only one question. In the pan of chicken, what is the large piece of something, what I assume is meat, on the right side of the pan? Is it chicken?

Thank you guys, Bruce to answer your question.

It's a full chicken breast with lemon pepper / dill on it for my mum.

Shes on a low sugar diet and wanted to have a bone so she wanted her chicken to have no sugar.

Looks like a good start! I would suggest you find a local caterer who would be willing to allow you to shadow them, in exchange for your labor. Catering usually involves more than just putting out a menu of your favorites at a time of your choosing, and you would benefit greatly from some experience at the side of a real caterer, should you decide to pursue that business endevour.

Nice job Derek... Rib's look excellent. Might need to get into a 84" if you going to do the catering gig.

Glad I could help Dude! Next time you plan on practicing, you should rent some banquet tables, chafing dishes, table linen, etc, so your practice gig looks more like a real event, instead of a backyard real potluck.

No problem man.

Right now I am doing my gigs this summer although they are small, the chafing dishes will come in time.
