Default 2nd Annual RSS Backyard BBQ Class
We are going to have our 2nd Annual Backyard BBQ Class on May 5th in Flushing Michigan starting at 10:00am. We are going to go over Brisket and Pork Butt this year. The cost is $50.00 and includes lunch and soft drinks/water.

** This class is intended for the beginner or backyarder, it is not a Competition Class **

Butcher BBQ will be providing samples for our goodie bags along with some other great folks!!

Pretty quiet around here lately....

I sure would love to attend, but I work weekends...

I could learn a thing or three about briskets!
