Just a quick note. The event has been rescheduled for the following weekend of the 11th-13th. Only date I could get. Very sorry.

I know, but it was then or July. I don't know what to do. Its about the same number of people at each event. I know Jerry and Barb, and Rich are not gonna be happy.

Well, I have just announced at the other sites that the fishing for BBQ event is suspended for now. It may be cancelled.
Its out of my control. I don't want to put Jonser, Barb and Jerry and Rich parker in a bad place to decide. Both dates are different than they were last year for both events.( why did we change the eagle date after all these years on the same weekend?)

I am officially on suicide watch today.

I think Jerry and Barg announced the Eagle date at the TOY awards in Bay City. They had to use those dates in May because every other weekend was booked.

Not 100% positive though.

I know the feeling.
I am still working on it. I plan on cooking at Eagle at any rate, I don't know what I was thinking. ( obviously I wasn't).
May have to change locations for the fishing event and keep the original date, or make it late summer early fall.

Not many options.

The weekend of May 12 is the weekend of Eagle, Jerry and Barb have volunteered to be part of the organizing team, they did not pick the date. The event's committee picked the date.
