Default Are you cleansing after each bite?
A topic arose in a facebook group called Certified BBQ Judges I belong too, Say they see a lot of the newer judges don't even cleanse after each category,

How much can that affect your scores?

Also a side topic,

Who uses the garnish for for cleansing your mouth?

I know I will most likely do that when I start judging.

I dont use garnish, I use a cracker and water... Probably not after each bite though...
