Default Catering Quote - Caledonia, MI

One of the ladies at Maddy's daycare is getting married this Sept and is looking for a quote on some BBQ. I am not sure the exact date but know it is in Sept.

She was originally asking me about doing a whole hog and some chicken but think if the whole hog isn't possible some pork butts would be fine. I know they are expecting about 175 people.

If you have any interest PM me your contact info, and I will have her call you.

Rich..talk some sense into her. Whole hog is just a spectacle. As far as efficiency of feeding people..forget it. Get fresh hams- (GOD I hate that phrase) rear quarters, and shoulders and do it up. Buy a head if ya gotta see one roasting, but WH is a PITA, messy and just...a PITA.

It has been mentioned, and I am sure if it was quoted both ways she would probably pick the former based on price. I think they are considering all options right now including just drop off.
