Default 2011 GLBBQA Team of The Year Program
It is basically the same as last year, except we have added and extra $100.00 for any team that scores a perfect 180 in any category.

The few rules that do apply are:

Must be a member in good standing with the GLBBQA
Must have your app in by 11:00am June 4th,2011
Must compete in at least 3 KCBS Sanctioned Events in Michigan

There is no fee to enter the TOY program

App is attached.

Our team was really hoping that a little cash might be attached to the "Most Focused Team" award for the coming season.

So, is the TOY Czar open to additional categories? How about each GLBBQA GC (voluntarily of course) throws $100 into a pot for the benefit of whichever team gets their bung pulled for the Jack (i.e. a "Jack"-pot; get it?). With the likely price of gas this summer/fall, the "winning" team can use the money to fill the tank for the long trip south. Spruce is in; how 'bout it Troy? (consider it a form of "fuel cost hedging", just like the big airlines do).

If you want to do side bets that is totally between the parties involved. However I would like to note that we have 4 sponsors that have donated money for this program and I hope we all support those sponsors...
