Friday's Chix (No Practice)
Mess in Place
 Brining Bucket With Chix In It (Brined for 5 hrs)  Rub under the skin, skin "oiled" to keep from sticking (taken after 1.5 hrs)  Flipped after 1 1/2 hrs and spritzed with AJ  Done after close to 3 hrs @ 171*. Twas very windy today!
