Does anyone know of a good source for DRY hickory? Almost all the wood I've been able to get is "seasoned" but sits out in the weather and the elements, so is difficult to burn to say the least. Thanks in advance for any leads....

Dave,
I am sorry, I owe you a phone call, and I apologize for not returning it sooner. I do not know of a source in the area that would be able to provide the amount that you would need. I will keep looking. Take a look at Craigslist for your area, there might be a few, but again, you may be dealing with the same issues that you are right now... I will keep an eye out.

My "seasoned" hickory sits outside and burns fine.
Are you sure yours is dry?
