Did alot of research on stuffers Mark. Settled on the LEM 15 lb stainless. Air vent on top, metal gears, etc. They also have some very good videos on their wed site.

Click on the online catalog on the top to find stuffers.

The sausage stuffer is from my grandma and it was past down to her. So it has been in the family for a long time. You can buy the old stuffers from antique shops but I would recommend buy the new ones from Gander Mountain the stainless steel ones. Good Luck.

I use a dakota sausage stuffer and they really work well. Uses water pressure just like the big boys machines do.

Thanks for the link Troy!
Had never heard of this before.

Seems like a lot of stuffing sausage talk here lately.

Just sayin.
