Default Cambro

Ok guys, I have finially purchased a Cambro now give me some ideas of what you guys use it for. I mainly want mine for drop off service. My next question is I plan on using the cheap disposable pans but I know these will not support the weight on the edges. Do I need to purchase the metal pans that fit in it or do you guys do something different? I was thinking about cutting pcs of wood to fit in the slots to sit the pans on. Just wondering how you all use yours. Thanks ahead for the info.

Shane

If you get the half cookie sheets they fit perfect for putting the alum pans on in the cambro.

I use them to keep stuff warm or cold...

Shane,
look around for a used restaurant equipment store, they sell the pans for $5 each, a real good deal, I got 2, they are nice to have along with the cookie sheets.
I like the pans because they hold more pieces of chicken that need to be thrown away.
