Happy mothers day to all the moms on the forum!

To the dads, what are you cooking for mom today? My wife picked out some beautiful New York strips from the farmers market, and some veggies to grill.

Cooked 6 slabs of trimmed spares along with the tips yesterday, makin the beans today. 4 slabs are for a friend who wanted to learn how to trim, he did pretty good.
