Default Outstanding Pork Sandwich

While shopping today, found some hoagie rolls made with dried tomato and the rolls had a cheese topping baked in.
Dragged them home, sauteed some onions, reheated the pulled pork from the other days q in the Cookshack.
Toasted the buns after buttering them, added mozzeralla cheese and melted that.
Added pulled pork, topped with onions.

I honestly must say this was much more tasty than the copycat sandwich I made with the bb ribs and the loaf of italian bread.
The pp was much more moist and the dried tomato in the roll was out of this world.
Thanks for looking.

I put just a bit of sauce on mine, wife didn't and said it was the best pulled pork sandwich she had ever eaten.

The pulled pork is much more moist and way better than the bb ribs IMHO.

P.S. Were going to do it again tonite.
