A few things I see! Fresh brats, if par boiled, are done in a mix of beer, butter and onions. Then on the grill to brown and back into the bath to keep warm for serving. After the par boil the bath has to be brought to a boil and cooked to kill any bad stuff. Garnish the bun/brat with the onions if desired. Corn should be cooked within two hours of picking, and those 2 hours should be soaking. Cook the corn in the husk at about 400 for 40 minutes turning often. Forget apple cider and save it for the butts. Don't disgrace the brat, that is a bad thing!

Thanks Bruce, I had to cut the brat in half, so I could eat one with a bun and mustard!

Altogether the meal was 700 sodium!
