Default Yesterdays Bbq

Fired up the BGE and cooked a package of thick bone-in country style ribs, couple of plain fatties and some sausage.
Nothing fancy on the ribs or fatties, just a bit of oil and some Klose poultry rub.
Ribs turned out perfect.
