I dunno... wood/charcoal keeps a bit of "skill" in the mix. I mean anyone (pardon me wattburners and gassers) can plug in a rig. THAT'S not the intent I don't believe.

And the garnish thing miffs me. I HATE building boxes. Stupid, stupid. STUPID! A couple green leaves, call it good.

As far as whole chicken, whatever. How ya supposed to turn in 6 whole chickens? Or why not just do thighs and a breast if they want some white meat?
