Default Weighing butts and brisket

Is it better to weigh your meat before or after injecting? If basing cook times on hours/pound the extra weight of the injection could really make a difference. I know, I know..it's done when it's done regardless of how much it weighs

We don't weigh ours. OR, you could always add the weight of your injection and add that to the brisket weight to get a total, prior to injecting if it's that important.

Type of injection or the amount of injection could cause your cook times to be different but not enough to calculate them. What injection are you using?
