With all those "fat pigs" where are the good money muscles these days? The butts I have been getting seem to have smaller MM's than before. Maybe it is just where I am shopping...

Good for pork, heard this am that poultry is going up as much as 25%, especially dark meat because of all the cooking shows saying it is more tastier, the demand is up so the prices will follow.
