Default Pork Butt

Rich,

Tried the brine on a 10 lber. Mixed brine with pineapple juice and soaked for 8 hours and the results were Very moist! Made nice bark without the need for foil. There was a dominating flavor of Sage that I had not been expecting. YES I did not read the label...LOL I like sage so is not a problem! I think it will fit nice into a sliced pork dinner with mashed potatoes and sweet and sour cabbage. Add a few apples....

I especially like the lower sodium flavor level and that was just exactly as advertised.

I will buy more.

I personally think that a more flavor neutral option would be an opportunity to expand your product line.

GOOD CHIT!

Strong sage sounds like a good turkey brine.
