Rich, if I'm not mistaken, I think we will be right across the street. Don't know if it's within walking distance but we'd be on the North side of Birch Run Road/Main St. the Mall is on the South.

Bruce is correct, it is about 1/2 a mile as the crow flies but the traffic around there is pretty thick on a weekend...

We will have a hotel special as well, just need to get that finalized as well... Also Frankenmuth is only 5 miles away...

Actually, if we're going to be accurate, it's 8.82 miles, from the Expo Center to Frankenmuth, MI according to Mapquest......just sayin'
Maybe a crow can do it in 6.
