Default Home made Tomato Soup

Here is my tomato soup Recipe.

Here is the ingredient list.

1.1 Can of Hunts plum tomato's.
2.1 Medium Onion "Sliced and Diced"
3.4 Garlic cloves "Sliced and Diced"
4.A Half tablespoon of Basil Baste.
5.One Orange Bell pepper "Sliced & Diced"
6.1 cup of Milk.
7.1/3 cup of Heavy Cream.
8.1 Medium Shallot "Sliced & Diced"

Step 1.

Slice and Dice your Onion, Garlic glove, Shallot and Orange pepper.

Set aside the garlic cloves

Place the rest of the ingredients into a dish and sprinkle some Kosher salt. Set side.

Step 2.
get your fav pan, pour about 2 tablespoons of Extra Vergin Olive Oil in the pan.

Set it on low - medium heat.

Step 3.
When you see the oil in the pan thinned out a little, Add your onion, bell pepper, shallot that you sliced and diced.

Let it sweat until you can see through it.

When that happens, Add the garlic, And then turn the heat to low.

Cook the garlic a little about 2-3 minutes.

Step 4.

After the garlic cooked about 2-3 minutes add the Basil Paste, Mix, Mix, Mix until everything is covered.

Now add the can of plum tomato's ( With the juice ).

And let the mixture cook another 5 minutes.

Now get your blender, heavy cream, and milk ready.

Step 5.

Safely pour the hot mixture into your blender.
Set your blender on low, turn the indicator slowly up to 8.

As soon as the mixture is getting tomato soup like, Add the Heavy cream, ( I mostly used 1/3 cup. )

And now Pour in the Milk, As eye ball how much milk you want. I didn't use a lot of the milk.

I used half of the full cup, Tasted it and see if I needed to add more. And I didn't need too.

Now blend for a full minute.

Serve and eat.
