Here is the left over pulled Pork I've used to make a filling from a friend on Facebook.
Her recipe, "not mine" We have made pulled pork egg rolls! Mince the pork, add ginger, garlic, minced celery, cabbage (Squeeze out the liquid) and soy sauce. Saute, cool and drain then fill those wrappers n fry. Yummy! Any ways on to the pictures. The prep. & & & & & & Oh Yeah, This isFinal images, I've decided the filling was so good and I wanted something other then egg rolls, So I've choosen wraps as well... Was really really good, I am sticking with the filling recipe, I may play with the spices abit in it... so darn good. The egg roll station. How I keep my egg roll wrappers from Drying out. The way I do, I still need to learn the rolling technique. 15 of them rolled in a a wax paper, froze them until ready to cook. Final images, I've decided the filling was so good and I wanted something other then egg rolls, So I've chosen wraps as well... Egg rolls washed and and put in the oven at 425 for 15 minutes. or until golden brown. Those Wraps are amazingly good. Final plating. "Not my best tonight" Was really really good, I am sticking with the filling recipe, I may play with the spices a bit in it... They are good, And no the lady didn't give me the measurements, You will have to figure that one out, By the way The soy sauce I used a tablespoon and a half. |

The Egg Rolls look great! Try them with a little chopped cilantro in the mix. You could also try deep frying, they will come out really crisp!
