Default Ok once again..

Mad Hunky has a new product- a pork brine.

I dunno why this place as been so resistant to quality products, but whatever...

Free samples to those who PM me with an address.

It's better than anything else I have had, and I've had alot.

You come by once every 3 months to tell us about a product that nobody knows anything about?
I dont think anybodys resistant to your products bro, you dont spend ANY time here telling us about your great products.
With knowledge usually comes sales.

Now since you mentioned it, what makes your product any different than Butchers, Kosmos, Okie's or any of the other dozen phosphates popping up?

Heres another thought. If its that good of stuff, think about maybe sponsoring some teams and get the word out?

This pork brine is free! PM Rich with your address, it is that easy. My wife and I received a sample from Rich yesterday and plan on trying it on pork loin tomorrow evening, I will post our thoughts on it this weekend.

Testimonial time... a few members here have known me for a few years and know I tell it like it is and in my opinion. If I do not like something, I prefer to say nothing at all (well, most of the time).

Mad Hunky Rub - This stuff is great, I swear you can you use it on anything and it will taste great. This is the only rub my wife and I consistently reorder when we are out; we also make a few of our own and will never quit trying other rubs, but this is one rub I don't foresee not ever having not in stock in our spice pantry. Hell we use it on our patty melts on the grill!! We plan on adding it into some meat sticks that we are making this weekend.

Mad Hunky Poultry Brine - Amazing tasting brine; I am sure we will always do birds naked without a brine every now and then, if we run out. I have used it on chicken breasts, whole chickens, and a turkey - all with excellent results. It enhances the flavor of your bird like crazy and makes it really moist... I highly suggest giving it a try, it is very tasty.

I just noticed Bubba's reply and can say today I received Kosmos beef brine; looking forward to giving that a try also!

Fair enough. I'll make an effort to post some evidence, but honestly. i'd rather just send samples and let YOU folks decide. Mike has had a bag of brine for a year tho... I have yet to hear anything.

I have a couple PM's already and will send out samples and let the people make the call.

And thank you Mossy. Guy and his wife do more magic with meat than I ever hope to... and a high five from them to me...is gold :{)

Mike is a very busy guy who just got back from California and is dead ass tired... When I have a chance to use the brine I will and I will post a review good, bad or indifferent....

And no I am not busy from going on vacation, it is work related...

I have used his Mad Hunky Rub, and his Chix Brine. The Chix Brine is fantastic! I highly recommend them both, or at least give them a try. Hell, it's free!
