Default Chili cook off?

Hey guys and gals.

I am entering the chili cook off as you all heard and I am making a basic cowboy chili with a back end heat.

Anyways Here is my question.

I have some meat that will go in as filler meat but the rule states no pre cooked meat allowed.

Does this mean even the filler meat too?

Ok thanks Bubba, Damn it. I wish I can tell you the meat. But I can tell you it's a part of BBQ.

"No pre cooked meat allowed."

I believe this means you can not cook any meats for the chili cook off before the cook off starts...

While it does not state neither grilled, smoked, steamed, etc. I do believe this pertains to any meats prepared with heat prior the the cook off starting time...?

That what I was trying to ask.

Thanks for bringing it into perspective.

Your entire chili has to be prepared on-site with the exception of grinding your spices and you can pre-chop your veggies... those you can do at home...

They're not asking what kind of meat you are going to use. They are asking what the term "filler meat" means in the context of chili.
