    I'm not sure if you got my previous email. Anyway, it would be best if you just send me your phone number and I'll have my friend Brian call you directly and tell you what he is looking for. All I know is it is for his son's wedding and they expect about 150 people and its in February.

    Hi Bubba, Thanks for letting me sit in on the judging at the Lockharts event. I didn't anticipate getting to sample the goods so that was an added bonus! It was nice to meet some of the guys and I got a lot of good cooking and comp advice. We're planning our comp for next year and hopefully we can get a good turn out. Again thanks for letting me hang out for the judging!

    got a guy comming to look at my cooker. And talked to my guy last night about the new one. Cant wait. And I have been looking for a reason to come to royal oak and check out lockharts.

    I'm thinking about smoking a pork loin for the first time this weekend, and looking for a recommendation on target internal temperature. The opinions I've found on the internet seem to be all over the map - I've heard as low as 140 and as high as 190. Can you please make a recommendation? Also, I was thinking to brine since it's not a fatty/marbled cut of meat like Boston Butt - would you go along with that or discourage brining?
