Meat loaf with beef & pork mix!

Hello gang,

I've been in the kitchen once again and I made meat loaf from my cook book.

Man this meat loaf was killer, I for one don't normally do meatloaf.

But this one was killer.

Meat Loaf Ingredient list.

1 Small white onion chopped!
2 1 oz of garlic cloves minced.
3 4 0z of Breadcrumbs.
4 2 eggs.
5 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
6 2 cups ketchup instead of 2 cups of tomato juice.
7.1 Pound of Angus chuck, 1 pound of Pork Sausage, ( Use Chorizo if you can )
8 2 Achient Sweet Peppers ( I didn't have Celery to complete the trinity! )
9. BBQ sauce for the lather.

Is it as good as MOINK balls smoked?
