Thank you Scott, I know they're not chicken wings, but they're drum sticks and they should cook the same as chicken wings right?


"side note" I didn't use the bbq guru on the smoker this time around and the smoker stayed at 225.F all day. And then when I took the chicken off, and then the temp dropped like a hot cake 10 minutes later.

Nice timing eh?

I'm just guessing but those don't look like they were cooked at 225......:rolleyes:

How long did you cook them? The skin under the sauce doesn't look like it has any color. Was the skin rubbery?

the grill grate it self stayed at 225.f but the chicken was done at 180 according to my charts I have I picked up from College.


By the way Shane, I didn't mean that to sound dis respectful man!
