The first one was in Fenton at Beale Street, and last year in Frankenmuth at Zehnders, both on this side of the state.
Is there anyone west of Flint that would want to take on the task to locate a facility, get a menu idea or buffet (approx 75 people) with a price and get back with me? Just trying to keep things fair for everyone travel wise. End of January, beginning of February for the time frame.
If not, I thought Frankenmuth was a nice venue and I am sure Richard would volunteer to help out again!

Thanks
Scott

Derek,
a very nice place but just trying to find something "driver friendly" to our members who live on the west side and south side of the state.
We can keep that in mind though.

Thanks
Scott

Brighton is in the center of the association membership area . Thats all I got to say 'bout that.
Bubba, you will probably have to work, it is the holiday season.

We would be happy to help with the holiday party if they want it in Frankenmuth again. But I think we should move around the state to make it fair for everybody.

As a 'Left Coast' Michigan resident, it would be great if the event could be in the greater Lansing area. Be glad to pursue if this works for the association. What are the proposed dates? The KCBS annual banquet is in early January (14th - 16th I think).

Walt and Theresa,
that would be great, would love the help.
The idea is to pick a time when things wind down so end of Jan or 1st weekend of February would be good.
Thanks a bunch for the help.

Not that I am exactly sitting around looking for things to do, but I am based in the Lansing area, have some restaurants as tenants, and would be more than happy to do a little legwork for the association. I guess I would like a little guidance from the assembled masses as to what sort of a menu/food-setup/price-point you are looking for.

(I would also be very happy to work with Walt and T on this)
