great job, you just need to put a whole lot more on that plate for all the work you went thru to make it!!

ScottThanks Scott, but I have sodium restrictions yet, so I have to eat small.

In Culinary Arts school, I will have to speak with the teacher and let her know I can't eat my full dish if they require me to eat my plate after making it.

Oh Scott, It's not work, It's a lot of FUN in the kitchen or at the grill!

I have so many salt free recipes it would scare some one.

By the I could do a web catering business, like I said in your visitor area on this site!
