Indian spice rub test!

Curry powder 1/4th cup
Garam Masola 1 table spoon

White pepper 1 teaspoon.
black pepper 1 teaspoon.
1 teaspoon ground teramic.
1 teaspoon sweet paprika.
1 teaspoon garlic powder.
1 teaspoon onion powder.
1 table spoon brown sugar.
1 teaspoon white sugar.
1 half freshly ground nutmeg.
1 teaspoon ground Pasillia pepper.


I will be using this on my jerky and one set of test comp ribs.

Not sure how it is going to work on Jerky, but I can almost be certain that it would not do well in a Comp. Now that is not to say that it isnt a good rub, but most times when you do something that is really outside of the box, it doesnt do well in a comp. But that doesnt mean it wont be good for home use...

Thanks Guys, It really did better on the jerky then the ribs, Although I got Sweet, Savory, Tangy on the ribs though.

I will be using this rub for my basic cooking.
