pig roast catering job - ann arbor area

anyone near enough to ann arbor to handle a 125 person full catering pig roast?

i have a potential customer that called me and wanted pig for 125 with corn on the cob, slaw, beans, pot-salad, plates/forks. my quote will be quite high for the long (very long) travel charge. so if there is anyone that can handle this in that area i can pass along the information. ( chelsey area i think)

i was on the road when i took the call so some details i cant remember without calling him back. date i thought was aug 25th but that is a wed. so could be the 28th.

anyone in that area or closer than the 2.5 hour dirve i would have let me know and i will get you the contact.

I already have a BBQ on the 28th between Ann Arbor & Chelsea but Chelsea's in my back yard so I would have been interested.
