Did butts last weekend, think I'm going to try a spinach/cream cheese stuffed chicken breast wrapped in bacon recipe I saw on another site.

Me? I need something smaller than The Monster to fire up on the weekends. So, I'll be working on my UDS this fathers day.

So far, I've got the UD part. :rolleyes:

I'll be eating leftovers from the practice cook this weekend!! Brisket, Ribs, Chicken, and Pork...It'll be done by 3:00PM Saturday if anyone is in the 14 Mile/Woodward area and wants to stop by for a plate, let me know-should be a small crowd over here...PM if you are interested...

No BBQ this weekend, did that last weekend. The wife said she was taking me out for Fathers day. Maybe a street corner, near New Baltimore. " honey, it's only 3 1/2 hrs away."

I couldn't sleep last night and couldn't wait until Sunday, so I threw my butts on the smoker at 4am....my mouth is watering with anticipation. :)
