Nice Pictures. Looks like you used a muffin pan on the chicken.

Bavarian smoke ? My butcher from Chicago sends our chicken frozen with the icing on them but they insure us no muffin pans are used. Let me know if you need my CBJ #. I think you must know my Chicago butcher because he lists his CBJ # on his website too. Thanks
