Ok, attached is the raffle info. We are holding a raffle for a seat in this class. Cost is $20.00 per chance. You can enter as many times as you would like but each chance costs $20.00, so if you send in $40.00 your name will go in the hat 2 times and so on.

Just want to remind you - Both Plowboy and Butcher were Top 10 Finalists in both the Open and the Invitational Events of the 2010 American Royal, so these guys are 2 of the best cooks going in the country!!

Not sure what this means ? The raffle is going to be held on October 23rd and the class is not until Nov 6th. That would have been plenty of time to know if you won the seat or not... There is no chance that we are going to sell out the class, the venue is very large...

We only opened this up to the GLBBQA members as we thought it would have been a good benefit of membership...

If I am coming from GR, when I hit Lansing it looks like I can either stay on I-96 to I-94 and then north to the class site OR I can get on I-69 and then head south to the class site from I-69. Which would you recommend?

Fastest route and best roads are staying on 96 to 696 to 94.

I follow the GPS, so i don't know what roads are faster. There was a lot of construction on my drive yesterday. I wasn't paying much attention but the first stretch was just past Eagle thru Lansing on 96 then there was a little break and then some more. It went quick with the majority of it still having two lanes open.
