View Full Version : Butchers BBQ Pork

Has anybody tried the Butchers Pork. I tried it on the weekend and followed the instructions. Was not impressed with the tast it left in the pork. I hate to through out 30 lbs of pulled pork .Has anybody tried it and or tried something differrent with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Not famaliar with Butchers Pork at all.

We used it at Eagle and I liked it, we scored best on Pork that day...

I haven't used the pork marinade, but I have the brisket. I found that too much of a good thing is really not a good thing. Try to cut the mixture in half and go from there. Cut a pork butt in half and inject it. Leaving it to sit and marinade too long is not good either, I believe 4 hrs is recommended, start there. Experiment Grasshopper.;)

Thnks for the advise. I was thinlking of cutting it in 1/2 and mixing it with Apple juice as well. Will try that on the next one.
