Mike I got a chance to see your turn in box from last weekend. Yeah I have spies on you guys! lol I just wanted to say that I thought that looked so good it almost looked fake. Ultra shiny and moist looking, Great Job! Now I just need my spies to tell me how the hell you did it..........lol

There were bones in there. I have to give props to Scott, he did good on the chicken although we didnt place as high as we would have liked I think we have a good process to build on...

I wouldn't worry about it because it was probably just the camera.

Oh yeah, now they come asking about the chicken!
I have no problem showing you, but you have to get up really early so its best to take a good nap all night.
