Nothing like a first birthday party to cook for my friend's baby girl!! Got 2 Boston Butts on, 9 racks of ribs going on early morning and also cooking a few lbs of smoked sausage and a couple dozen ABTs. Should be some good eatin!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll post some pics later!!!

Here is a pic after the ribs and pulled pork after the first wave of people came through the line...I made 40 ABTs (all of those were gone fast) and 3lbs of smoked sausage also...It was about 25-30 adults and another 25-30 kids. Busy night before and busy party!!

I will post another pic or two from the party of the outside setup as soon as I get the pics from the hosts. The food all came out really good and I had a lot of nice compliments and possibly a few future gigs out of it as well.
