New Contest: Lansing Area

On the Boulevard BBQ contest is being held on July 10. Attached is some info I received in an email from the organizer.

The
entry fee is $175. The grand prize is $500 in cash, free entry to next
years competition, and a spread in the Lansing Business Monthly. The
cooking categories are ribs, chicken, pork, brisket, and veggies, they will
be judged by 3 local celebrity judges. If they compete they can also act as
a vendor and sell products. If you need any more information let me know!

anyone know how the vending part of this goes? how is it leagal with the health dept to do the vending part. 10x10 doesnt seem very big a space to be vending in? just a couple things before i call them direct. always wanted to try my hand at vending.
