I am in the Knights of Columbus and our Council is hosting a dinner and meeting with as little as 50 people and possibly as much as 200. Simple menu: BBQ chicken, beans, slaw. The location would be Dominos Farms, Ann Arbor. If cooking onsite, I could assist with labor to reduce the cost somewhat. The actual person count would obviously be a more accurate figure, but for now the number can be used to determine scope, etc. PM me or reply here, whatever is best.
