View Full Version : Rainy Day Chili w/ Pron plus recipe.

Ok get your do, I used my grizzy or any do will be fine.

Ok good you've done that.
Now you will need Onions, Garlic, black pepper, Ground Cumin, chili powder, Diced tomatoes with sauce, tomatoe paste, Bushed baked beans grilling beans, and 2 pounds of ground chuck.

First let's cut up the onions.
I've used 1-1/2 oz of diced spanish onions .

Now lets mince 3 cloves of garlic.

Good Good, your on your way of making good ole chili.

Now lets get the tomatoes and poor them into a mesuring cup.
I've used 1 and 1/3rd cup of diced tomatoes. and I've used 3/4ths cup of tomato paste mixed with the tomatoes.

And now brown the meat with the onions and garlic.

Ok good now let's start making this chili look like chili shall we?
Ok now go grab your Chili powder.
I've added 2 tablespoon and a 1/2 teaspoon.

Now let's add the cumin.
I've used 1 teaspoon cumin.

Ok still with me?
Now let's add the 1/8th teaspoon fresh ground black pepper.

And now we're going to add a teaspoon of paprika.

Ok now we're going to add one last ingreident for the chili.
We're going to add 2 cans of Bush's baked beans grilling beans ( you pick your own flavor )

Let simmer for an hour on the stove or grill, Mine will be the stove and then the grill to add the smoke flavor.

I was following along, until you put the beans in it. Let's not even start down that road.
