Need help July 14th...Private Corp. Picnic for 120 in Dearborn

Pappy Medley's BBQ, LLC will be cooking for my own company picnic (Ford) in Dearborn on July 14th. Approximately 120 people. Will likely be 2-3 meats (looks like PP and Brisket) and 2-3 sides, plus I will be providing water/pop.

I am looking for the services of 2 people to help on July 14th from approx. 8:00AM to 2:00PM. I will need help pulling/slicing meat that morning, transport to site, set up onsite, and clean up on site.

Please PM me if you are interested and can commit to July 14th (Wednesday)-preferably looking for people with competition/food service experience and I will provide all the details.

This is a paying gig for those who are interested...PM me for the details. I live in Beverly Hills (13 Mile & Southfield Rd), so it would mean getting to the area by 8:00AM that morning, then prepping food, then heading down to Dearborn. I have a truck and a minivan and cambros, and will be towing my cooker onsite so I won't need anyone to drive to Dearborn unless they want to leave from Dearborn to head home...

I have one but it attacks ribs.
Its kind of a wierd one, doesnt have the slide things that allow the trays inside, its just one big opening.

Thanks for all the responses. I should have some more info this week on an exact number of people (they said 120, but it may get closer to 150-200). I got Jim's confirmation, and I talked with Dale this morning. I think we will be all set with Dale and Jim by the numbers I have so far, but I will post an update if the numbers get bigger.
