Hey Lee it was good to meet you to. I hope that I can pick your brain some more about making sausage. The stuff you brought was great. Geoff and I have talked about giving it a go in the near future. I will take your advice to paying attention to the correct bottle to drink out of, cig butts are not as tasty as you would think.
