I am cooking a packer and a spare for some practice at least for today that is how I am celebrating. More to follow!

Took the old, rusty looking uds to work this morning and served up some of my not real famous baby-backs to everyone...Man we were celebrating!!!
Have a feeling there be some more celebrations throughout the month.

Went out and purchased a new 18.5 weber grill, order a RED thermopen for the wife (rich sold me on red). So any mods let me know. I am going to add a thermometer to the top.
